The FIRST (Financial Incentive Rewards for Supervisors & Teachers) program provides financial rewards for teachers and administrators who work in hard-to-staff schools. Awards are distributed based on several categories including teaching in hard-to-staff subject areas, engaging in professional development and leadership, and attaining high levels of student achievement at the classroom and school levels.
On subsequent pages, you will have the opportunity to answer a series of questions that will predict the possible award you may be eligible.
